Commercial Support for Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA)

Whereas the following objectives are defined:

Achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base of the sales area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Distributors Sales Forces in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. Develop, establish and maintain sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Main Job Tasks for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region:

  • assist in developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • assist in the development and implementation of sales plans as needed
  • build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of Distributors Sales Forces and activity performance
  • provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
  • maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales activity
  • conduct regular coaching and counseling with Distributors Sales Forces to build motivation and selling skills
  • maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees

With Marketing Department in Belgium:

  • coordinate sales and promotional activities
  • conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • conduct customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • develop and implement sales plans and projects for new and existing products
  • monitor, review and report on all sales and promotional activities and results
  • deliver sales activity within agreed budget

Needed skills:

  • English: C2 (speaking/writing)
  • Other languages: appreciated
  • Experience in Sales
  • Good knowledge of Suite Office
  • Willingness to travel in EMEA region

Location:

  • At our European Headquarters, C.P. Bourg Belgium based in Ottignies
