Add to the BDF-e or BM-e:

One Bourg Sheet Feeder (BSF) to enable Dual-Mode finishing. You get the flexibility to combine In-Line and Off-Line modes and to use one print finishing solution for several printers.
Two Bourg Sheet Feeder (BSF Tandem) to increase efficiency. Your production line works continuously without interruptions due to paper shortage. Once the first feeder runs out of paper, the system automatically switches to the second one. Output is uninterrupted and productivity is maintained at 100%.
The latest 1D and 2D barcode reader technology. It can be equipped on the BSF and includes a hand-held external or integrated system. It prvides automatic job set ups and full integrity check.
A Bourg Square Edge (SQE) to get square-back booklets. Similar in appearance to perfect bound books, these booklets lie flat, stack easily and allow printing on the spine.

Exclusively with the BM-e:

One or two Bourg Preparation Module (BPM) to produce up to four jobs at the same time, reduces click charges & reduces waste production.
A Bourg WalkOver bridge (BWO). It serves not only as a time-saving shortcut for the operator but also as a speed adjuster. It matches paper speed between your printer and C.P. Bourg finishing modules without slowing down the printing speed & performances.
Extra stitching possibilities to your booklet making equipment. The two or four regular stitch heads (saddle/top/corner stitch) are convertible to two or four loop stitch heads. The ideal booklet binding style for bound material meant to be inserted and used in a ring binder.

C.P. Bourg In-Line booklet making solutions with Ricoh Pro C7-8-9000 series digital presses generates ultra-short run jobs quickly with superb quality and guaranteed set integrity, without operator intervention.

Our solutions offer various print finishing possibilities for users of most production printers/presses.

They deliver, for example, set-secure production of booklets, reports and other confidential documents for transaction processing applications in medical, education and financial services.

Highest quality and speed booklet production

Working In-Line with Ricoh Pro C7-8-9000 series digital presses, our booklet-making configurations produces non-stop up to a maximum speed of 3,000 booklets/hour.

They are able to stitch fold trim up to 30 sheets, stitches up to 55 sheets, and folds up to 120 pages booklets (30 sheets) without marking, scuffing or scratching.

The maximum trimming distance is 25 mm (0.98 in). Booklets produced can therefore be of an extremely small size.

As the book press is integrated in the folder, booklets are systematically flatter and more aesthetically-pleasing.

Maximize your productivity

As a JDF/DFA compliant device, the BM-e finisher in an In-Line environment receives setup and operational instructions via the workflow server automation solution, leading to faster turnarounds, labor savings and the elimination of errors and costly reprints. The system can also be operated manually through the 19-inch (48 cm) color touch screen graphical user interface.
