BOURG BOOK FACTORY FOR XEROX® IGEN3 AND ALSO FOR DOCUCOLOR 7000/ 8000

The Bourg Book Factory enables you to produce finished booklets with ease, speed and flexibility as never offered on-line before.


The Bourg Book Factory that is well known in the Digital Black and White printing world is available for the high end color digital printing as well.

It combines ease of use, speed and flexibility matching the high quality of the color printing on the Xerox® iGen 3 or Docucolor.

The digital Bourg Book Factory is a totally automated in-line booklet finishing system.
 
The digitally color printed sheets are fed in-line from Xerox® iGen3 to the Xerox® High Capacity Stacker and DFA Interface. They then transfer to the C.P. Bourg finishing devices.

The first device can be a Bourg BPRFx that converts printed sheets in single fold signatures, by processing the sheets in a no stop perforation - rotation and folding operation.

These signatures are then transferred to the Bourg BBF2005 binder which binds them into final perfect bound booklets which are finally three-side trimmed in the on-line three-knife trimmer for immediate delivery.
The BPRFx can be by-passed in case you want to run single sheets to the BBF2005 BINDER.
 
For applications requiring commercial quality saddle-stitched documents, single sheets can be sent via a bypass on the BBF2005 binder directly to the BDFx - Bourg Document Finisher.

Optionally upgraded with a BCFx Cover Feeder and/or a SQE (Square Edge module).
